Use these prompts when you want to understand yourself better, uncover blocks, or clarify your true desires.

Self-Concept Discovery (1-20)

  1. What do I believe I deserve? Be brutally honest.
  2. What story do I tell myself about who I am?
  3. If I described myself in three words, what would they be? What words do I WISH described me?
  4. What do I assume others think of me?
  5. What would need to change inside me for my desire to feel natural?
  6. What's my first memory of feeling "not enough"?
  7. Whose voice do I hear when I doubt myself?
  8. What would I attempt if I knew I couldn't fail?
  9. What compliment do I deflect that I secretly want to believe?
  10. How do I see myself in 5 years? Is this vision exciting or resigned?
  11. What would change if I truly believed I was the creator of my reality?
  12. What parts of myself have I rejected that want to be reclaimed?
  13. If my self-concept were a house, what condition is it in?
  14. What assumptions about myself did I inherit from family?
  15. What would my ideal self think about my current worries?
  16. What am I pretending not to know about myself?
  17. Where do I feel most confident? Most insecure?
  18. What patterns keep repeating in my life? What might I be assuming to create them?
  19. If I fully loved myself, what would I stop tolerating?
  20. What new story do I want to start telling about who I am?

Assumption Examination (21-40)

  1. What am I currently assuming about my desire? Is that helpful?
  2. What assumption would I need to make for my desire to manifest easily?
  3. What "facts" am I treating as unchangeable that are actually assumptions?
  4. When I think about my desire, do I feel hope (future) or fulfillment (now)?
  5. What evidence am I collecting that supports my old assumption?
  6. What would I notice differently if I assumed my desire was already done?
  7. How does my body feel when I assume the worst? The best?
  8. What assumptions am I making about other people that might be creating problems?
  9. If my current assumptions are "seeds," what crop am I growing?
  10. What would I have to give up believing to have what I want?
  11. What assumption feels scary but true in my gut?
  12. How would my inner conversation change if I assumed success?
  13. What am I assuming about time, money, or other resources?
  14. What assumption would make today feel like a gift?
  15. What limiting assumption keeps coming back even when I think I've released it?
  16. If I assumed the best about everyone today, what would happen?
  17. What would shift if I assumed the universe was conspiring FOR me?
  18. What outdated assumption am I dragging into my present?
  19. What's the dominant assumption of my mental diet today?
  20. What would I assume about myself if I had already achieved my biggest goal?

Desire Clarity (41-60)

  1. What do I actually want—not what I think I should want?
  2. If I stripped away all "shoulds," what would I desire?
  3. What feeling am I seeking through my desire?
  4. Can I access that feeling now, before the manifestation?
  5. What would having this desire actually change about my daily life?
  6. Is this my desire or someone else's expectation of me?
  7. If I got this desire tomorrow, then what? What's the desire BEHIND the desire?
  8. What am I afraid might happen if I get what I want?
  9. What part of me benefits from NOT having this desire yet?
  10. How specific do I need to be? How much can I leave to the "how"?
  11. What does "the end" look like for this desire?
  12. What scene would imply my desire is fulfilled?
  13. Who would I tell first? What would they say?
  14. What would I stop doing once this desire manifests?
  15. What would I start doing?
  16. Is there any way this desire could manifest that I'd reject?
  17. What's the core of this desire? Can it be fulfilled multiple ways?
  18. What desire have I been too afraid to admit, even to myself?
  19. What desire did I give up on that still calls to me?
  20. If I knew this desire was guaranteed, what would I do differently today?

Block Investigation (61-80)

  1. What's really stopping me? (Go past the first answer)
  2. What fear lives underneath my doubt?
  3. What would I have to feel to have my desire? Am I avoiding that feeling?
  4. What past experience am I letting determine my future?
  5. If my block could speak, what would it say it's protecting me from?
  6. What old version of me is afraid to be left behind?
  7. What story have I been telling myself that I'm now ready to release?
  8. Where did I learn that I couldn't have this?
  9. What would I need to forgive (in myself or others) to move forward?
  10. What emotion have I been unwilling to feel?
  11. What belief about the world keeps my desire at arm's length?
  12. Am I more committed to being right about my limitations or to changing?
  13. What would I be without this problem or limitation?
  14. What identity am I clinging to that conflicts with my desire?
  15. What's the payoff for staying stuck?
  16. If I removed all blocks, what would I do TOMORROW?
  17. What would I need to believe about myself to feel worthy of my desire?
  18. What past trauma or wound is influencing this situation?
  19. What needs to be revised from my past?
  20. What would change if I truly accepted that I am everyone pushed out?

Integration & Action (81-100)

  1. What's one small action I can take today that aligns with my desire?
  2. How can I "act as if" in a way that feels authentic?
  3. What would the version of me who has this desire do right now?
  4. What mental diet practices am I committed to?
  5. What's my SATS scene? Can I make it more vivid?
  6. What affirmation captures my new assumption?
  7. How will I handle doubt when it arises?
  8. What will I do when old evidence shows up?
  9. Who in my life supports my growth? Who doesn't?
  10. What do I need to stop consuming (media, conversations, etc.)?
  11. What morning practice serves my new self-concept?
  12. What evening practice helps me live from the end?
  13. How will I know my assumption has shifted?
  14. What will I do when (not if) doubts return?
  15. What support do I need?
  16. How can I make this journey enjoyable, not just a means to an end?
  17. What am I grateful for RIGHT NOW in this moment?
  18. What's one thing I'm willing to release today?
  19. What's one new thing I'm willing to believe today?
  20. If I trusted the process completely, what would I do next?
